Laurel Powell

Family Support Program Manager Laurel Powell joined the School of Social Work in 2022 following years working as a special education teacher in Wake County and in various roles with NC Start of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Powell has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
