The tobacco treatment program at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (UNC-TTP) is recruiting for a full-time licensed clinical social worker to provide tobacco cessation counseling for UNC Health patients, primarily through the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. The LCSW will provide individual and group therapy and assessment; supervision and training of medical providers and practicum students; program development and evaluation; and quality improvement initiatives. The UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, founded in 1975, is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated comprehensive cancer center. The Center’s mission is to reduce cancer occurrence and death in North Carolina and the nation through research, treatment, training, and outreach.
