Markovits Counseling seeks a therapist to join our clinical psychotherapy practice!

We are in the business of empowering our clients and providing the support they need to overcome challenges and fully realize their potential to live a fulfilling life. If this aligns with your professional mission, and you seek a full-time partnership that allows you to make helping clients, not doing paperwork, your central focus, then we are the team for you!
-We only require that you see an average of 20 clients per week. This roughly equates to a 30 hour work week. Of course you can see more if you want to increase your earnings. We empower you to customize the job to your own work/life balance preferences.
-Our staff will provide all billing and insurance filing services so that you can focus on providing therapy to your clients.
-We also provide your own private office, a Simple IRA employer-matched retirement plan and employer provided health insurance (BCBS PPO Gold Plan).
-As a W2 employee, our payroll service will withhold all taxes for you from your paycheck, greatly simplifying your personal end-of-year tax returns compared with a contractor situation.
-We will provide other marketing costs and will closely assist you with building a caseload (inquire for more information).
-We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. At your discretion, you are welcome to take sliding-scale and pro bono clients.
-We operate with a simple flat cost split. 60% of all client payments and claim reimbursements are yours. From the remainder we retain, we provide the benefits listed above.
