Embrace is a unique community providing services to support individuals’ academic, social, behavioral, communication, and emotional growth. We are seeking a teacher/therapist who has experience with and passion for neurodiversity.
Responsibilities:
– Small group instruction with up to 6 students (ratio of no more than 3:1 students:adults)
– One-on-one support as needed
– Planning and implementing instruction in content area related to teacher’s background (ELA, science, social studies, technology, etc)
– Collecting data on student progress
– Analyzing data with the team
– Attending trainings and meetings 4-8 hours monthly including PCM
Compensation:
– Instructor with teaching experience and/or RBT will start at $25/hour
– Instructor with a teaching certification or who is a BCaBA or counselor will start at $30/hour
– Instructor with teaching certification and/or who is a BCBA, SLP, or OT will start at agreed upon rate of at least $40/hour
– All staff gets 401k option
