Beyond Plateaus Psychotherapy, a group practice in Cary, is expanding its team and seeking fully licensed and associate-licensed professionals passionate about mental wellness.

Position: Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Therapists
Location: Cary, NC, surrounding communities, and Telehealth
Responsibilities:
-Conduct psychotherapy (and group therapy if inclined) sessions tailored to each individual, couple, or family’s unique needs.
-Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
-Collaborate with patients to establish achievable goals and track progress effectively.
-Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
-Embrace both in-office and remote therapy sessions to accommodate patient preferences and accessibility.
Qualifications:
-Licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, or Psychologist.
-Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns. A niche is welcome, too.
-Passion for professionalism
-New graduate associate level clinicians are encouraged to apply.
