Congruence Counseling Group, a small private practice that provides outpatient individual and couples therapy for a diverse community of adults and adolescents with an eye towards inclusion and equity. The two clinician owners wanted to create a practice to create access to services in an environment that feels safe for diverse communities, to fill a gap they experienced in their own journeys and heard about from their clients. The goal is a workspace that welcomes and supports a diverse client base and provides quality training for the next generation of providers. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative and enhance our fun, connected and positive-minded group of clinicians.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Fully licensed in North Carolina as LCSW or LCMHC
At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
Registered with CAQH and paneled with BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna

Requirements are:
Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling
Willing to provide at least 23 hours of direct clinical work per week
Ability to manage a full time caseload
Willing to provide individual and couples outpatient therapy
At least two (2) years of counseling or related experience
Growth-minded, driven, and collaborative
Compensation: starting at $50,000 depending on license and experience
