What We’re Looking For

Trillium’s Innovative Development Department is working to transform the public health in North Carolina by implementing innovating services for our members. We are currently hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Innovative Development Department and be responsible for various project tasks, activities, and project planning throughout the organization. This position will assist with the further development in future changes through improved projects and program coordination. Traveling is a requirement of this position to help meet the needs of the projects being implemented.

On a typical day, you might:

Oversee and maintain project structure, project timelines, milestones, stakeholder communications management, and other day to day project activities.
Coordinate stakeholder expectations and communication with essential community stakeholders and Trillium staff to foster involvement with project implementation and execution.
Provides project status updates/reports using dashboards and/or Smart-sheet on project progress through at regular intervals during the project.
Independently participate in internal or external workgroups.

Qualifications:

Education:
Associate’s degree
OR
Bachelor’s degree

Experience:
Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience with the MH/SU/IDD population.
OR
Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years’ experience with the MH/SU/IDD population.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.

License/Certification:
None Identified

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status

Salary Range:
$51,500.00 To 64,890.00 Annually
