Full/Part-Time Private Practice Counselor (North Charlotte area)
Seeking a therapist who places a high value on building trust and genuine connection with their clients to work on a variety of issues with adults 18 and older. Looking for someone who is empathetic, personable, easy-going, creative, driven, open-minded, self-sufficient, coachable, and self-aware.
Applicants can work through telehealth or in-person. *
MSW preferred, however, other counseling degrees are considered.
Supervision for licensure is included! * *
Responsibilities & Skills:
Retain clients and consistently book clients for weekly and bi-weekly sessions
Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality mental health services
Write timely progress notes and treatment plans
Maintain client files through an electronic health record system via Simple Practice
Follow HIPAA guidelines and adhere to the code of ethics
Ability to work well independently and autonomously
Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Display innovative and out of the box thinking
Technical savvy: ability to navigate multiple types of technology and programs
Required Qualifications:
One of the following licenses: LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, or LCSWA
License eligible or licensed in North Carolina
Compensation:
Progressive compensation plan based on experience
Contract/1099 position (No medical benefits)
