Inner Path Psychotherapy has openings for culturally sensitive and experienced professionals who possess excellent clinical and communication skills. The ideal candidate’s approach would incorporate both a psychodynamic background, as well as having expertise in applying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness practices, CBT, and other modalities for skills development.

As an emerging group practice in North Raleigh, we hire dedicated therapists who share these common goals for clients. In addition, we are looking for therapists who impart compassion, cultural sensitivity, and solid clinical and communication skills. We offer a steady flow of diverse and interesting referrals.
We are committed to supervising and mentoring clinicians as they build their caseload. Our clients come to therapy for issues related to anxiety, depression, difficulties with transitions, relationship, and intimacy issues, challenges managing the academic, social, and emotional demands of adolescence, substance use, divorce and family issues, and trauma.
We offer excellent compensation as well as a strong collegial environment for support and professional connection. This position is hybrid, and would involve both telehealth and in-person options for patients. Providers will have access to a newly renovated and beautifully furnished office in Raleigh.
We are in-network with BCBS and accept out-of-pocket payments. Interested clinicians must be BCBS certified. If you are credentialed with Aetna and Optum that is welcome as well.
Minimum requirements include Professional licensure in North Carolina as an LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D., or Ph.D.

Qualifications Needed:
Fully licensed and in good standing with your licensing board
BCBS credentialed. We can credential you with Aetna and Optum/UHC
Currently covered by your own professional liability insurance
