The South Wilmington Street Center is seeking a Housing Diversion Specialist to build trust with persons in our community experiencing homelessness and help connect them to much needed resources, housing and services. As our Housing Diversion Specialist you will also be developing and implementing the Street Outreach and the Prevention, Diversion, Rapid Rehousing programs. Our ideal candidate will have a combination of training, education, or lived experience working/participating in a program or organization, serving individuals who are system impacted.
