The UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health is hiring a full-time, master’s level clinician to serve as the Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist on the Orange/Chatham County Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. ACT is a multi-disciplinary, community-based service for adults with serious, persistent mental illness and complex treatment needs. This position will provide appropriate, stage-wise interventions to address substance use and its relationship to mental health for individuals served by the ACT Team. Qualified candidates will hold licensure (full or provisional) or certification from the NC Addictions Specialist Practice Board, or will have a willingness to pursue this licensure.
