PERFORMANCE SUMMARY:
Clinical Therapists help people address mental, behavioral or emotional issues that may be affecting their daily lives and relationships. The Clinical Therapist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical and case management services to clients and their families and assumes additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
The Clinical Therapist is accountable to the Clinical Director. He/she is accountable for decisions made in regard to the direct care of outpatient service clients. Employee supervision comes from the Clinical Director.
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM-5.00 PM but may be variable and may exceed forty (40) hours per week.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Primarily clinical in office but willing to consider a hybrid position (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).
