Asheville Family Counseling is looking for counselors who love couples and family work to join our group practice. Requirements include being fully or provisionally licensed in the State of North Carolina and registered with CAQH. Being paneled with BCBS is a plus. Compensation is percentage based on income received and paid out monthly. Counselors will be independent contractors (1099 employee status).
Counselors will utilize an attachment-oriented and trauma-informed approach in order to repair and strengthen relationships among individuals, couples, and families. They will be independent and collaborative and market themselves in order to grow their referral base.
