Seeking a bilingual, licensed psychotherapist/mental health provider (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, CFBPPC) to become a part of Alliance Medical Ministry, a comprehensive, primary care clinic that offers compassionate, holistic care.
At Alliance we serve a diverse, working-uninsured, adult population of Wake County residents, and our therapists collaborate with medical providers, social workers, and clinic staff to offer whole-person care. Over 50% of our patient population is Spanish-speaking, and through this position we will seek to help assess and treat their mental health needs. Thus, candidates with Hispanic/Latinx cultural competency are preferred.
The position is full-time, 8:30-5pm M-F schedule. Our therapists are freed from the tasks of seeking reimbursement from insurance panels and governmental funding, billing, and acquiring new clients. Therapists manage their own schedules and utilize the electronic health record to document sessions and notes. Telehealth visits available via secure software during the pandemic.
Salaried position with a range according to level of training and experience, $50k-$72k. Candidates with years of experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, and immigration-based anxieties will be preferred.
