Athletics Mental Health Case Manager

The Athletics Case Manager position is charged with the coordination of comprehensive mental
health care for UNC-CH Student-Athletes through triage, evaluation, treatment planning,
consultation, and referral procedures to support access to care, wrap-around services, and
consistent communication in an integrated care model. This individual will develop
relationships within the athletic department, university, and community to effectively support
student-athletes. There is potential for a licensed provider to carry a small clinical caseload.
This individual will work within an integrated healthcare model as part of the Sports Medicine
staff. The Athletic Case Manager must operate in a highly ethical manner and maintain
confidential record-keeping systems in keeping with North Carolina State Law governing the
delivery of psychological services
