We are searching for a talented and professional Outreach Coordinator to maintain all community-facing activities and effectively represent Me Fine Foundation positively and in alignment with the organization’s culture. Me Fine prides itself on being committed to transformational relationships, not transactional ones. This position has four priority areas of responsibilities:
Marketing and Communications, emphasis on social media (50%)
Development and Donor Stewardship (20%)
Volunteer Coordination (15%)
Programs Support (15%)
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree AND 2+ years relevant nonprofit work or volunteer experience required
Desire to build a career in the nonprofit sector
Strong knowledge of social media management
Volunteer management experience
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on a team
Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines consistently
Organized with attention to detail across multiple projects at once.
Ability to motivate yourself and others
Eagerness to learn and an appetite for further professional development
Ability to problem solve creatively
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $40,000
