Amplifying the spirit of MI to work across difference

In this workshop, Christina Lee, Ph.D. will share her research on Motivational Interviewing that centers the experience of diverse clients. She will highlight what works well within MI and introduce adaptations to increase engagement and impact, particularly with marginalized populations.

Clinical Lecture Series trainings are for students, professionals, and community members interested in therapeutic practices that are anti-oppressive, intersectional, and centered on self-determination.
