A pair of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Social Work masters students were featured by Carolina Housing for their new roles as WellBeing coaches at Hinton James Residence Hall.

Shana Sobhani and Devon Pelto, who are trained to offer nonjudgmental wellness care, Mental Health First Aid and more, will offer welcoming, cost-free opportunities for students to have discussions about the challenges they face as college students.

Along with providing a safe listening space, Sobhani and Pelto will help students develop goal-oriented plans to resolve their concerns using their training.
