by Susan White

UNC School of Social Work recently welcomed Kamryn Clairmont as the School’s director of annual giving and donor relations.

Clairmont previously served the University Development Office, where she gained experience as assistant director of annual giving and as associate director of annual giving, direct marketing. In these roles, Clairmont implemented several stewardship recognition programs and processes and helped create a one-of-a-kind campus event for GiveUNC that led to a significant increase in student involvement and philanthropy.

Prior to arriving at UNC-Chapel Hill, Clairmont worked in alumni relations and annual giving at Pacific Lutheran University and Virginia Wesleyan University. A graduate of Towson University, Clairmont holds a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University.
