Moving Beyond the ACE Score: Assessing Adversity in Diverse Populations

This workshop introduces a variety of tools for assessing childhood adversity, including historical and intergenerational trauma, and ways that cultural factors can be used to promote resilience and mediate the impact of adversity. (2 CEs)
Clinical Lecture Series trainings are for students, professionals, and community members interested in therapeutic practices that are anti-oppressive, intersectional, and centered on self-determination.
Free of charge for UNC School of Social Work students, faculty, staff, field instructors.
