Spenser R. Radtke, MSW, LCSW, is a Doctoral Research Assistant at the School of Social Work at UNC-CH working with Dr. Cynthia Fraga Rizo. Her research focuses broadly on improving health outcomes and identifying pathways to resilience for youth impacted by family and intimate partner violence, human trafficking, and polyvictimization. She previously worked in the Duke Laboratory of NeuroGenetics as the Research Program Manager where she coordinated a large-scale research study and collaborated on various research projects. In addition to her research experience, she previously worked as a clinician at the Duke Center for Child and Family Studies conducting clinical assessments and providing therapeutic care to children and adolescents. Spenser received her Master’s in Social Work and her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
