Hayley Bayne joined the UNC School of Social Works’ Behavioral Health Springboard in 2023 as the Children’s Behavioral Health System of Care Consultant, where she works in conjunction with the Division of Child and Family Wellbeing’s NC System of Care Team. Hayley graduated from the UNC School of Social Work with a Masters in Social Work and a specialization in Community, Management and Policy Practice. She also has a Bachelors in Child Development and a Masters in Youth, Family, and Community Science, which she completed with a designation in ACES and Childhood Trauma. Prior to working at UNC, Hayley has previously worked in the school system, nonprofits, and with child welfare to support children and their families. She has also worked for a local resilience collaborative where she focused on spreading knowledge and support for communities and organizations on the journey of becoming Trauma-Responsive. She also worked on the Healthy and Community Resilience Initiative at the NC Partnership for Children, where she supported initiatives with resilience coalitions across the state.
