Residential Care Specialists with Restore One


Responsibilities of this job (the positions of lead Residential Care Specialists are for a married couple; positions require RCS to live on-site with residents. Residents are male youth from 12-18 years old who have been sex trafficked.)

Encourage spiritual growth and awareness through daily devotions (group & personal) and prayer.

Build positive relationships, serve as a positive role model, and teach appropriate social skills

Applicants must have, at minimum, a high school diploma or GED. Applicants with advanced degrees in the human services field are preferred. Also, applicants must have prior experience with parenting/fostering children and must have been married at least 5 years.
