Position Summary:

This position provides recovery-oriented rehabilitation services, in group or individual settings, for residents and patients in long term care facilities including both skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. Eventus WholeHealth providers address a wide range of problems from anxiety and depression to severe and persistent mental illness to issues around death and dying. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the psychotherapist has the opportunity to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of life for patients and residents.
