The Development Associate position supports the revenue growth and diversification of the field office and is responsible for cultivating, promoting, and stewarding all grant-writing, proposal development, community individual giving, establishing corporate sponsorships, and additional tasks as needed. The position reports to the Field Office Director and works in close coordination with the Program Officer for Field Offices and USCRI Development headquarters staff. The ideal candidate will be flexible with strong interpersonal skills, open to taking on varied responsibilities, and a self-starter. For More Information and to apply go HERE
