Occupational Summary:

Reporting to the Associate Training Director, the Program Manager (PM) will manage the administrative and evaluative components of the assigned projects within the CCFH training program. This includes maintaining a project management system, documentation of training activities/deliverables, planning and coordinating off-site and/or virtual training sessions, and development of training materials.

Anticipated start date is January 1, 2018.


Work Performed:

  • Manage key administrative and evaluative components of training projects as assigned within the CCFH training program;
  • Coordinate logistics for assigned training activities;
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal systems for tracking assigned project metrics;
  • Provide reports and feedback on metrics and other aspects of assigned training projects;
  • Coordinate in person and distance technology instruction;
  • Assist in disseminating training materials;
  • Coordinate training enrollment and participation; and
  • Become familiar with training interventions and implementation science approaches.


Required Qualifications At This Level Education/Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (social work, psychology, public health, etc.). Masters preferred



  • At least two years of experience working on projects with multiple team members (child mental health/prevention or training preferred);



  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously; and
  • IT relevant experience preferred.


The salary range is $38,000 to $42,000 per year based on education and years of experience.
