Job Description:

Beam is seeking a passionate and motivated social worker (LMSW or LCSW) to join our team as a Workforce Navigator. This part-time, hybrid position involves both on-site presence and remote work. The Workforce Navigator will play a crucial role in designing and implementing programs and services that address the needs of our employer partners and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design and Implementation:

Design comprehensive programming that addresses the micro and macro needs of our employer partners and their employees. Implement social work surveys to assess and address the needs of the workforce.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partner teams and their employees.
Attend company-wide events to foster community and support among employees.
Be regularly present on job sites to provide direct support and build trust with employees.

Case Management and Social Work Services:

Provide case management and social work services to clients, addressing their individual needs and connecting them with appropriate resources.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to support employees in overcoming personal and professional challenges.
Data Recording and Analysis:

Record and maintain accurate data on client interactions, needs assessments, and program outcomes.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW).
Experience in case management and providing direct social work services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work both on-site at construction job sites and remotely as needed.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
Commitment to the mission and values of Beam.
Passionate about using social work skills for the greater good.
Understanding of the construction industry and respect for labor and blue-collar work culture.
