The Survivor Services Coordinator is responsible for providing emotional and logistical support to survivors of relationship violence, including intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, and harm from family members and roommates. The person in this role will work with clients to help them determine their goals related to survivorship, and provide them support as they navigate complicated systems. The Coordinator will also network with other programs at the Center and in survivors’ communities to provide survivors with the holistic support they deserve. In collaboration with other SQSN staff, the Coordinator will educate community partners about the root causes of violence against queer and trans communities and the service needs that arise from these inequities. Finally, the Coordinator will work with SQSN and Center leadership to inform our continued development of survivor services. We are committed to an evolving program that is community-driven, anti-racist, and grounded in liberatory principles. We hope you will provide feedback and skills that contribute to this important work!
