The Counseling Center Group is looking to hire full-time licensed psychotherapists for our Maryland and Colorado offices.

We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated with excellent personal effectiveness skills for a full time position (20-25 clients/week). The candidate should have a specialty or interest in evidence-based treatments such as DBT, CBT, EMDR and have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, and/or working with people of color. The ideal candidate will have existing training/experience in one of the above areas, or be open to new/additional training.

Pay:
Fee-for-service rate dependent on licensure, experience, and location; ranging from $150-300 per session. Clinicians receive a percentage of their rate depending on licensure & experience, starting at 50% with the opportunity to increase to 78%.

COVID-19 considerations:
The Counseling Center Group is offering virtual, telehealth appointments for patients due to COVID-19. We conduct tele-health via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform in order to protect the safety and health of our staff and patients.
Virtual and In-Person sessions:
We are currently seeing clients via telehealth as well as in person. We will provide office space to those who would like to see clients in person, and will be flexible with providers with virtual or hybrid schedules.
