Urban Healing Counseling, PLLC is a group psychotherapy private practice located in Raleigh, North Carolina & Knightdale, NC (we serve the entire state via telehealth).

We are now hiring for multiple positions here Urban Healing.
Open positions, Mental Health Therapist (Fully Licensed), Mental Health Therapist (Associated Licensed), Mental Health Therapist (Supervisor/Leadership); part-time & full-time positions.
About positions:
Telehealth, In the Office and Hybrid (mix of telehealth & in the office) positions available.
What we want, Mental Health Therapists that are:
-Culturally competent
-Willing to work evenings and/or weekends (due to COVID-19 we are mainly practicing via telehealth)
-Have a professional license in the State of North Carolina (Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCMHC- we will also consider associate/ provisionally licensed Therapists
-Experienced in providing therapy in private practice/ IIH/OPT/CST or in a psychiatric hospital
-Self starters
-Open minded
-Detail oriented
-Willing to learn
-Flexible
-Trustworthy – that should go without saying, after all, you are therapists but just in case
-Transparent – we have a “keep it real” company culture
-Committed – Urban Healing is not everyone’s forever home but we encourage therapists to make a commitment to Urban Healing, turnovers in the therapeutic environment are a headache and could be difficult for clients. Also, onboarding in private practice is a lengthy process, please don’t waste our time.

Ok, so we aren’t the highest paying group practice, but we’re not the lowest paying either. You will get a ton of support so you can be successful in private practice (W-2 employee or 1099 model (advance practitioners 1099).
