Approximately 10-15 hours a week providing assistance with clinical case management (days and times can be flexible) for a federally funded program offering group and individual mental health treatment and case management for young adults (18-35) identifying as LGBTQ+. Specific duties include assessments, assistance with identifying and connecting to resources, emotional support, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team. Experience with case management and working with LGBTQ+ community preferred.
