Do you see yourself as a part of this life-changing work? If so, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional for the following position: Adult IST Master’s Level Clinician

The Ideal Adult IST Master’s Level Clinician in Anderson County is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of persons seeking professional help for mental health and co-occurring issues. This includes initial assessments, diagnosing, triage/crisis counseling, and individual therapy. Will serve both adults and children. Must have mental ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure. The necessary skills for this position include the ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries, ability to be an empathic listener, and flexibility, willingness, and adaptability to work with diverse populations. Must also have the ability to communicate effectively and possess good time management and organizational skills.

COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $39,471 /yr based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule: This position has a regular schedule of Monday – Friday 8a.m. until 5p.m. There is no on-call for this position and employee is off on Center designated holidays. In person daily attendance is essential for this position except in instances of approved time off.

QUALIFICATIONS – Adult IST Master’s Level Clinician
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or other related field of study.
Eligible for certification and licensure by the state of Tennessee if such exists for his/her degree/profession.
