Located in Cary, NC with a second location in Durham, NC, CSWC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of providing high quality and affordable sex therapy, education, and professional training to the broader community. We offer compassionate, affirming, and informed therapy services for a wide range of mental health and sex-related concerns and strive to make our services available to the whole community.

We are currently seeking a clinician/mental health therapist who is interested in obtaining experience and training in sex therapy. Therapist is expected to work up to a full-time caseload of 25 clients per week. Our therapists are W-2 employees.

Fully licensed and credentialed is ideal but not a requirement — we are willing to work on those processes with a candidate. Sex therapy experience is helpful but not necessary as we will offer training for the right candidate. Although we are happy to provide sex therapy training and supervision, we expect candidates to have strong therapy skills upon which to build prior to joining the practice.

We offer flexibility in developing a mutually acceptable schedule. However, to help with our mission of offering sex therapy to the broader community, this position requires availability to work on at least one evening or Saturday per week. Our therapists are required to attend individual and group supervision meetings on a regular basis.

Benefits:

*Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance credentialing
*SIMPLE IRA with company match for eligible employees
*AASECT Sex Therapy Certification supervision available
*Professional Development reimbursement available
