CareYaya Health Technologies is one of the fastest-growing health tech startups in North Carolina! We’re looking to hire a Counselor & Onboarding Specialist based out of either Raleigh or Chapel Hill. The person will assist us with onboarding new caregivers onto the care platform, so they can go out into the field and help the elderly and those with disabilities get the care they need!

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, excellent in time management, and can communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

A successful Onboarding Specialist provides strategies and support to attract and retain top talent. We are seeking someone personable, well spoken, detail oriented and has the ability to work independently.


* Attend recruitment events, as needed
* Manage recruitment outreach on various campus job boards and listserves
* Review resumes and applications
* Pre-Screen candidates


* Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
* Follow up with candidates as needed by text, email or phone to ensure they continue through the caregiver onboarding process as efficiently as possible
* Guide candidates through the multi-stage onboarding process
* Match caregivers with upcoming available care opportunities
* Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports on progress

$50,000 plus an uncapped commission
