Full-time — 20 clinical hours per week. Two weekly hours of case conferences, continuing ed, speakers from other fields and practices, treatment team meetings: Child, Adolescent, Parents, Families; Alcohol & Substance Abuse Recovery Support & Psychotherapy; LGBTQ+ Sensitive Counseling & Psychotherapy; Trauma Recovery Counseling & Psychotherapy.
Interested in working with adolescents and adults.
Attracted to working with a non-profit counseling and psychotherapy center. We work with the YWCA’s Women in Transition Program and provide financially assisted psychotherapy to CMPD, CFD, FOP employees and dependents, healthcare workers, and NC Air National Guard members. Clinicians working with these groups receive compensation from our subsidy funds for the difference between the client’s fee and the clinician’s average session fee. We also have sliding scale fees and low cost therapy provided by interns.

An overhead assessment is withdrawn from your gross revenues as follows:

$5,001 – $6,500/mo. 31%
$6,501 – $8,000/mo. 29%
$8,001+ 27%
At 20 clinical hour/week, most clinicians contribute 27 -31%
