The Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine is seeking a social worker to assist with patient-facing referral management and initial patient assessments for the Comprehensive Cancer Support Program (CCSP)‘s psycho-oncology clinical service. This individual will assist with the expansion of current care pathways to better meet the needs of a diverse patient population. This is a 100% FTE, fixed-term Clinical Instructor.
The social worker will fulfill a critical role in the overall clinical care of patients being treated for cancer at the NC Cancer Hospital and their family members.
