Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Working with attachment and culture
January 12, 2023 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
An event every 2 weeks that begins at 9:00 am on Thursday, repeating until January 26, 2023
In this two-part workshop series, Paul Guillory, Ph.D. will teach EFT through a cultural lens, deftly weaving in the dynamics of race-matter and attachment bonds. The first day provides foundational content. The second training is more interactive and focuses on enhancing practice.
This event is hybrid, and you can register to attend in-person or via livestream.
Clinical Lecture Series and Institutes are for students, professionals, and community members interested in therapeutic practices that are anti-oppressive, intersectional, and centered on self-determination.
Free of charge for UNC School of Social Work students, faculty, staff, and field instructors.
