Adolescent Substance Use

Michael McGuire and Eamonn McAteer will present theory, strategies and cutting-edge approaches for effective work with a diversity of adolescents. They will draw from their years of training and practice in addiction treatments, weaving in didactic, interactive, and experiential teaching methods.
Clinical Lecture Series and Institutes are for students, professionals, and community members interested in therapeutic practices that are anti-oppressive, intersectional, and centered on self-determination.
Free of charge for UNC School of Social Work students, faculty, staff, field instructors.
