Panel to discuss supporting LGBTQI identities in the workplace

The Field Education Program at the UNC School of Social Work and the Social Work Student Organization’s LGBTQI Caucus are pleased to invite you to a panel presentation discussing the topic of “Managing and Supporting LGBTQI Identities in the Workplace.”

This presentation will feature LGBTQI identified practicing social workers and will cover topics related to navigating potentially challenging situations in the workplace, including legal protections and coworker relationships. It is planned that there will be five to seven social workers on the panel.

The event is free and open to all. It will be held on Monday, Nov. 2, from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. in Room 500 of the Tate-Turner-Kuralt building (School of Social Work), 325 Pittsboro St., on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. Directions
