N.C. Society of Clinical Social Work sponsors Clinical Lecture Series

The UNC School of Social Work would like to thank the N.C. Society of Clinical Social Work for its support of the Clinical Lecture Series. Sponsorships help the School to provide continuing education that is both high-quality and affordable, in a climate of state budget cuts.

The CLS kickoff events in September on the DSM-5 were well-attended and well-received. These included Marilyn Ghezzi, LCSW, on the DSM-5 and ethics, in Winston-Salem, and Mehul Mankad, M.D., on the DSM-5’s changes and rationale, in Chapel Hill and via webinar. We are excited about ways to expand our offerings online, and plan to offer recorded webinars for some of the programs.

For more information on the Clinical Lecture Series, visit the CLS website or contact Deborah Barrett by email or 919-843-5818.

If your organization is interested in partnering with the UNC School of Social Work by becoming a sponsor of the Clinical Lecture Series, please contact Barrett to discuss sponsorship options and benefits.
