Substance Abuse Studies Certificates awarded at Carolina Inn luncheon

On May 7 at the Carolina Inn, the UNC School of Social Work honored students graduating from our Certificate Program in Substance Abuse Studies with a luncheon and awards ceremony. Program director Worth Bolton and Dean Jack Richman presented the certificates.

In addition to completing their master’s program concentration requirements, graduates have completed 180 hours of substance abuse specific education, and a field placement focusing on addictions.

The 2013 graduates are: Kelsey Crowe, Jillian Foster, Marguerite Keil, Ashley Morris, Anna Parisi, Reiss Powell, Peter Reich, Everett Rollins, John Sanders, Boyd Wilson, Jacquelyn Mroz, Jennifer Jackson, Mary “Suzanne” Brown, Alison Allen, Jake Hafkin and Nyi Myint.
