Alumni update: April 2012

Dorothy Crawford, a graduate circa 1941, is featured in a March 22 Macon County News article, “Macon couple celebrates 70 years of life, love and memories.”

Chris Estes, MSW ’00, was named to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. He is the executive director of the North Carolina Housing Coalition, which provides advocacy and resource information on affordable housing for low- to moderate-income state residents.

Rachel Foster, Ph.D. ’08, was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force.

Laurie Graham, MSW ’11, was named programs director at the Orange County Rape Crisis Center. Graham has worked with the Center since 2008, when she volunteered for the organization as a crisis counselor.

Matthew Tuttle, MSW ’08, is featured in an April 9 Chapel Hill Herald article, “First impressions count.”
