Bolton wins Anuvia Award

Worth Bolton was selected to receive the 2011 Jody Kellerman Award by the Anuvia Prevention and Recovery Center, of Charlotte. He will be honored at an awards ceremony and luncheon on Sept. 27 at the Westin Charlotte.

The Anuvia award recognizes Bolton for his outstanding contributions to substance abuse prevention and treatment services. The award is given during National Recovery Month, September.

Bolton, MSW, LCAS, has more than 30 years of practice in behavioral healthcare with special emphasis in the intervention and treatment of substance-related disorders. He is a clinical assistant professor with the UNC School of Social Work’s Behavioral Healthcare Resource Program.
