UNC School of Social Work remains one of the top 10 social work programs in the nation according to the latest U.S. News & World Report “Best Graduate Schools” list. The School of Social Work tied for 7th among the nearly 300 social work schools that were considered across the country.
The School of Social Work’s MSW program was also among 19 graduate programs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill recognized among the top 10 in the nation in their respective categories.
“We continue to be a Top 10 graduate program that is values and mission driven and with some of the most dedicated, skilled, and passionate faculty and staff in the country,” said Dean Ramona Denby-Brinson. “At the same time, we will never stop reaching for more, while recognizing that our greatest impact continues to be measured by the individuals, families, and communities that we serve through our teaching, research, and engagement. Becoming the No. 1 ranked school of social work is within reach.”
