Make a gift by Friday, June 24, to be included in our Honor Roll of Giving

Gifts from alumni and friends are essential to ensuring student success, supporting faculty and new initiatives, and maintaining the UNC School of Social Work’s reputation. Our mission of teaching, research and service would not be possible without the generosity of alumni, friends and others. The School needs your support because only about 40% of our total operating costs are funded by tuition and state dollars, and all scholarships are funded by gifts.
By giving to the School of Social Work, donors earn a place on the Honor Roll of Giving for this fiscal year, which ends June 30. To review the 2015-16 Honor Roll draft, please click here.
Gifts of any amount are needed and welcomed. There are six recognition levels in our Honor Roll of Giving:

  • $2,000 or more Chancellor’s Club
  • $1,000-$1,999 Howard Odum Founder’s Circle
  • $500-$999 Dean’s Club
  • $200-$499 Cornerstone Club
  • $100-$199 Century Club
  • $1-$99 Friends

If you have given, we thank you and ask you to ensure your name is correctly listed in the draft donor list, which includes gifts received as of May 1, 2016. If the spelling of your name needs to be corrected or if you believe that you should be listed at a different recognition level, please contact Jackie Pierce at or 919-962-6469.
If you have not yet made your gift, we hope you will consider adding your name in support of the School. All gifts made through Friday, June 24, 2016, will appear in the final fiscal year Honor Roll of Giving published in the 2015 edition of Contact Magazine.
Please make a gift online today. Your gift truly makes a difference!
