Dual-degree MSW/MPH student Carrie Harrill-Smith co-authored an article that is published in the Sept./Oct. 2013 edition of the North Carolina Medical Journal. Entitled “Tobacco Cessation in 2013: What Every Clinician Should Know,” she co-wrote this when she was a social work intern at the UNC Nicotine Dependence Program, Department of Family Medicine last year.
Jillian Harris and Hannah Pittman will be attending the National Association of Social Workers-North Carolina fall conference in Asheville, Nov. 22-23.
