Take the first step toward your MSW: Attend an information session

The UNC School of Social Work is holding several information sessions for prospective master’s students. Each event includes an overview of the master of social work (MSW) program, tips on admissions and financial aid, and a presentation by a faculty member.  “We’re very excited to welcome potential applicants to our School,” said Sharon Thomas, director of recruitment, admissions and financial aid. “The information session is an opportunity to meet some of our faculty, staff and students, and to ask questions about our curriculum, field education program and admissions requirements.” 2011:January 14 February 4 March 4 April 1 May 13 June 3June 17 (Please note that this session will be a morning session from 10am-12:30pm.)July 15 Dates will be scheduled soon for the remainder of the year. The sessions are 2-4:30 p.m. in Room 300 of the Tate-Turner-Kuralt Building. Please contact Tiffany Carver to confirm the date and to register for a session.
