Justine Wayne, MSW/MSPH’02, has been working as an independent program evaluator with the Caswell County Partnership for Children, a Smart Start initiative, for the past two years. “It has been the perfect part-time work while my kids are young,” said Wayne.
Sam turned 4 in February and Lula (short for Tallulah) just turned 1 in June.
