Doctoral student Tiffany Washington was selected as one of six recipients of a $1,400 stipend to attend the 2010 Summer Training Workshop on African American Aging Research funded by the National Institute on Aging. The research workshop is part of the Program for Research on Black Americans, Michigan Center for Urban African American Aging Research at the Institute for Social Research, at the University of Michigan and will be held June 9-11.
