The School of Social Work will hold several recruitment events this fall for prospective students. Each event will include a short program with an overview of the master’s of social work (MSW) program, information on admissions/financial aid and a presentation by one of the School’s faculty members.

Triangle Distance Education MSW Program Open House, in Chapel Hill at the UNC School of Social Work – Thurs., Sept. 25 and Wed., Oct. 15, 6-8 p.m.
Asheville Distance Education MSW Program Open House – Sat., Sept. 6, 10 a.m. – noon at UNC-Asheville.
Winston-Salem Distance Education MSW Program Open House – Wed. Aug. 27 and Tues. Oct. 28, 6-8 p.m. at Forsyth County Dept. of Social Services.
GRE Test Prep Workshop
To assist School of Social Work applicants, the School is holding two GRE Test Preparation Workshops in Winston-Salem. The first workshop will be held on four consecutive Saturdays in September from 9 a.m. to noon. The second workshop will be held on four consecutive Tuesdays in November from 6-9 p.m. We have openings for the November workshop — register today!
